Just in case you haven’t heard here are some E-Rate updates regarding the upcoming deadlines and changes, please see the summary below.
Deadlines:
- EPC Portal Administrative Window – closes on January 15th,2024. After this date, we will no longer be able to update student counts, site changes/corrections, or any other clerical information within the portal. Also, if you are new to Infinity and have not yet added us as your consultant with full access, this will need to be completed prior to the stated deadline.
- Form 471 Window – opens on January 17th, closes on March 27th,2024.
- Form 470 Window – the last date to file a Form 470 will be February 28th.
Eligible Services List Changes:
- Bus Wi-Fi – The FCC has approved the E-Rate eligibility of Bus Wi-Fi as a Category 1 service for both equipment and services. Some restrictions may apply so if you are interested in this new service offering, please contact your assigned Client Services Specialist.
